What if I said that I know how to make this a little bit easier? What if I told you that there’s a better way than the constant daily struggle happening during this season?

I want to invite you into a different way of approaching motherhood—from the inside out.

This is doing the “inner work” of becoming more mindful.

I’m Natalie Bacon, and I’m a Mindfulness Life Coach for moms. I’ve helped thousands of moms do the inner work to become more mindful so that every day is a little bit better.

While it seems like the “hard season” needs to pass, the truth is this has more to do with what’s happening on the inside (in the mind and body) and less to do with what’s happening in real life.

This is something we’re not taught, yet it’s the truth.

That’s why I'm hosting a mindfulness coaching call where you can come and ask me anything, and I'll coach you using my mindfulness tools.

The Mindfulness Coaching Call is on Zoom on Wednesday, November 16th at 1pm ET (12pm CT, 11am MT, 10am PT).

Here's how the coaching works: You can ask any question (nothing is too big or too small). You'll be able to ask your question in the QA box (in writing) or volunteer to come on video and get coached. You can also simply listen in and learn from the other volunteers.

Self-coaching mindfulness practice: You'll also learn a self-coaching practice to help you bring mindfulness into your daily routine at home.

Oh, and don't worry about getting all dressed up for this. You can show up in your sweats or while you're doing laundry—no one can see you or hear you, unless you volunteer.
